Oscmax Modifications

My client requires several changes to their Oscmax store which is still in development, these include:

1. Integration of Oscommerce Actual Attribute Price contribution.
2. Drop down box on one-page checkout allowing customers to pick from severa locations which the shop admin can specify in back-end.
3. Add Carousel to category page (shop only has 1 category and 9 products) which displays all products, open to suggestions on final solution.
4. Integration of Oscommerce Master Product contribution.

If bidder could break their prices down based on each point that would be great.

First point needs to be completed ASAP.
