Optimization website

I am launching a new website and would like to hire someone to look at the search engine optimisation and work with the designers on technical aspects for optimisation. I already have a website which is always in the top 3 in google which I will be keeping. The new website will be in addition and very similar and based on a template (template monster.com zen cart template 34473) I have purchased and will use a Zen shopping basket. It will be a full e-commerce site. For various reasons I do not want to use the same company that optimised the site but I want the new site to incorporate all the technical features and keywords that has made it so succesful.

Essentially i would like my site to appear on all the key search engines and would like to ensure if someone types in the right keywords they will find my site on number one in google.
