Opencart Product Import Script

I would like a product import routine written for Opencart.

The fixed price is not fixed, I had to choose something representative of how much I think it would cost but I can be a flexible dependent on the developer and length of time of development.

The task is to write a simple PHP import routine that can be initiated by CRON to run a product import at a set time each day.

The import file is a CSV file downloaded in CSV format which is then read.

There are some custom fields in my database such as 'update stock yes or no', 'update price yes or no' this will be observed during the import to decide what to update.

Some data manipulation will be done so that the seo keyword field can be determined from existing data.

So as the field matching is being done, i.e. column 1 = model, update field_model with value, take model+description, lowercase,replace spaces with hyphens and update field_seo with value, etc.

Two log files will be produced of what it has updated, one detailed, one summary.

A detailed requirements document/specification will be provided.

So quite a straightforward development really.

So the process will be:

1) CRON runs PHP file at set time
2) Import routine downloads CSV from FTP
3) Read product
4) Find out if product should be updated, if not skip to next product
5) If product should be updated, manipulate data to work out values
6) Update product and update log file
7) Move on to next product
8) Continue to end of file
9) Write log files
10) End

I'd be interested to find out how soon someone could start work on this and when it could be delivered.
