Opencart Ecommerce Amendments

We have a basic opencart website for our client and we have integrated a single page checkout module (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=3922)

We require the following changes to be made:

Single Checkout Page

1. Remove terms and conditions option and validation
2. Region and telephone change to NOT mandatory fields and remove validation
3. Decrease CSS padding on details form to decrease height and make more fit on page.

Add to Cart Button

1. When clicked make go straight to onecheckout page rather than showing notifications.

Only a small job and for someone who knows opencart inside and out should be really straight forward, we need this done today so you need to be contactable by phone, skype, gtalk or msn.
