Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We reqiure the following. Please read carefully!!
1. A competent Open Cart developer who can launch a new website that utilises Open Cart. Please note that the site has been customised as per the client's request. The new site will be put on our hosting and the client's domain pointed to it. We will require a temporary 'site being updated' holding page to be put up. We can provide this. The old website is coming down and the new one built by us going up.
2. You will need to get the payment elements authenticated / authorised. This can only be done once the site is live. They currently have an SSL certificaet in place and use a credit card processing merchant.
3. Some small HTML changes (these are very, very minor).
YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST
Be in the UK
Be available on Thursday and Friday (poss some of Saturday) of this week and be able to put your attention to this job fully. That means starting the job and getting it done in once project - not mixed between other projects.
Be available on the phone each day
Be a good communicator
Know what you're doing. We are not in a position to utilise the services of someone who does not ask the questions up front, who THINKS they can do the job or who has done one or two of these before. This is very important.
We are happy to negotiate a fixed price instead and will review the hourly rate if you have a track record and can demonstrate your approach from day one.
IDEALLY
What we are looking for is someone who knows their stuff and who is happy to see this job through to the end. If you get it done then we are happy to pay you a bonus of some sort, but in order to achieve that you must be able to work on the days specified.
You will be given an opportunity to look through the current site and ask / resolve questions before the transfer. But please note, if you have any doubts at all we will not pay for work that is incomplete or for your time to work out how to do it!
