Online services with Paypal processing.

I need a website to sell an online web services with Paypal as payment process. WordPress CMS use is required with good knowledge of hooks and actions, meta-boxes, custom plugins, j-queries, java-scripts, and Paypal IPN. I want users to select a service withing a category, provide needed information to have their request process. User will be then sent to Paypal for payment and automatically set up with a registration.

Basically users should have options to add features to their orders and I want an internal option to check order processed and easy way to update the site.
