We are a small clothing manufacturer and require an online order processing system and database. To issue orders to our suppliers as well as having the ability send basic SO to our customers

Each purchase order consists of a simple template similar to the attached attached doc (1). It contains a number of basic fields such as style number, price, description, date, etc and a pictures
Customisable Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) requirement.
Should have the ability to email orders in a editable format to customers and suppliers.
Reporting facility total sales , value, periodic sales, by customer, etc
Ability to track outstanding orders. Search Facility

A complete list of orders should be displayed in a tabled format and also be available in another view similar to the attached doc(1). Various filters should be added.
Data should be exportable and a backup option available.
