Online ad design (small project)

We need three digital display ads (banners) designed for our independent online store selling watches. Each will need to be resized to fit four standard banner ad sizes. We have basic brand guidelines and can provide copy but would need the designer to manage any photography and laying out of the ads (photography may not be needed if you can work with our existing shots).
Delivery of the files as gif for use as Google display ads. Please send relevant examples.
