Ongoing SEO Projects

I am looking for a talented SEO professional to work with on a regular basis to provide SEO services for my client sites. This would need to be completely White hat ensuring the site doesn't get blacklisted by Google.

For each site, I would require the following:

Keyword research & analysis
On-page optimization
Crawl error correction
Code cleansing
Link building
Monthly SEO, Link building and Ranking Reports

After the keyword research is completed, I would want to optimise for approx 10 keywords targeting 1st page rankings for moderate to difficult keywords,

Can you quote me on a fixed cost for this work with an indication as to how many hours you think this will need and over what period of time and a realistic time scale on how long you think it might take to get some 1st page rankings.
