Ongoing SEO for 5 different websites

I have 5 websites which I operate on a variety of unrelated subjects. They have been running for between one and two years now. I was getting SEO done on four of them by another company who I feel are under performing. I am looking for a change and also to add my 5th website. I currently pay $150 for the four websites so would be looking to pay around $175 for the 5.

I would be looking for Article Writing, Article Submission, Directory Submission, Social Bookmarking Submission, Comment and Forum Postings, Press Release Submission & Social Networking.

Please make me and offer for all 5 websites and include the numbers of submissions you would do for EACH website. Thank you
