Ongoing job: Need to create a 4x6 postcard layout for different businesses

Design details: I have a 4x6 comment card that displays a QR code and a specific url for a specific business. There are also directions on how to use the card on it. These cards are specific to a particular business. This job is also ONGOING. I want to be able to create cards that are customizable to the business itself.. Colors, backgrounds, logos etc. The layouts can change as long as the information of the QR code, URL and directions are there would be fine. We sign new business all the time so this would be consistent side work. After the design we send them out for printing which is then sent to the restaurant owners.

Extra notes: This is an example of what we currently have. As you can see its a vanilla version so we need to make them more aligned with the business. One card needed is for a place called Dizzy's.
