One of three websites CMS, E-commerce and blog integration

I am looking to have three new website for a cookery school. My requirements are
I need the functionality to add new courses, dates, prices, special promotion prices via CMS.
View courses by subject or date
Payment via a non monthly payment gateway/cart and via Paypal – both as guest and an registered account login.
Multiple alternative images for each course.
Tell a friend about a course,
Pinterest, twitter and facebook integration.
Ease of replacing images on home page and incorporate and updates short dvds
Full blog functionality segmented by subjects including dvd blog reviews I can upload and receive feedback comments from others
Contact us with verification code

Ideally I would like this in Dreamweaver which I am familiar with in order to maintain it in the long term.
I need three in total but, once the first is established the other two can be used as templates as they all need identical functionality.
£500 for initial site, £250 for further two sites
