On-site SBS2003 to SBS2011 Upgrade

I need a qualified engineer to manage an upgrade from SBS2003 to SBS2011 on new server hardware. There is approximately 500Gb of data to transfer, 50 user accounts all with Exchange mailboxes. We also have a Windows 2003 server which acts as a remote desktop server for our dial-in users - this server will also be upgraded. The new hardware and software is being purchase directly from Dell so we need a price for labour only. You will need to be available to do the work over a weekend if it involves any downtime and we would be more inclined to choose you if you can show that you have done such upgraded in the past (references please).
