Office365 Setup and remote IT support

I am looking for somebody with very good experience of Office 365 who can set it up for my small business and help me to understand how I can use it to get the most out of it. Must be somebody who has very good uderstanding of Office 365 and how it works and who can set this up for me quickly.

I am a small business with an occasional need for ad-hoc IT support, ideally the right person will be able to set up Office 365 for me and then act as an admin to for me to assist my team on a very occasional basis (they all work remotely - no on-site support required). We also require very occasional help with other IT issues and configuration/problems with our VOIP phones so a good knowledge of these would be helpful too.

I'm looking for a bid that can demonstrate the right skills and value for money and somebody who I can build a relationship with to work on a long term basis. Would prefer somebody UK based. My business is growing and whilst requirements for IT support are low at the moment, we anticipate this to increase over coming months.
