Off site SEO / Social Media marketing plan strategy

Hi, I'm quite knowledgeable about SEO and Social Media for business, however I'm not very organized nor I have much time to dedicate to following:

I need a document created of 2 to 3 (max 5) pages about an "attack" plan on off site and Social Media strategy for a business. The plan must be clear, simple and actionable. I will provide more information in PMs, but to give you an idea it is a software application to create multimedia projects. Main objectives are:

1. build brand awareness
2. increase visitors to website as well as gain followers on Social Media accounts - CREATE BUZZZ
3. convert some of those visitors into sales - lead generation

Basically, I have to propose this document to a company I might start a business relationship with as a partner or employee. If I'm able to deliver, I'll have more chances. Open also to advices, Viral campaigns, link baiting, you name it!

Again, I have some skills, it's just that I have no time to create such document and also I'd like to have somebody who has more experience and is able to prioritize as well as define best actions in this attack phase. No need to say I'm looking for a durable relationship with you!
