We have a camera mounted on a raspberry pi linked to an electricity meter which takes pictures of the meter readings.
We need someone to write the code that converts the images we get from the meter into a number that we can then send to our website. There are some publicly available ALPR / ANPR (Automatic Licence Plate Recognition / Automatic Number Plate Recognition) code bases out there that run on Linux / C / Python and we need someone to take one of the projects and then implement it / customise it / get it working on the RPi to read our meters.
