Newsletter Header

Hi, I am about to launch an industry newsletter that will go out as a pdf (but initially made in Word or Publisher); I want a banner/header to go across the top of the newsletter. We are in construction and property, so I want a faded background with images of construction (tower cranes, buildings, maybe railway lines, etc; almost as a skyline if that makes sense!).
