Newsletter design, coding and copy

We urgently need an email newsletter / mail shot created and coded to best practice. We will use mail chimp to distribute the newsletter. Our mailing list is based on existing clients. We need the wow factor on this one. The email should include clear call to actions. Content can be taken from out website and other marketing, images will be supplied ( but we will also be open to creative input), we would also like assistance in the design aspects as none of us are that creative ( lol thats why were here ). There is no real hardcore design brief as we already have an evident brand and style and would like that reflected in the design of this letter. We need this ASAP , yesterday would have been great.
