New Website - Web Design / Devolper

Hi,

Thanks for looking at my posted job. I am currently looking to design an OpenCart website for selling cherished number plates. I have a template I am looking to use which will need editing (Header added, logo added etc)

When looking at competitor sites (www.regtransfers.com) they also offer the same plates as the DVLA on there site. I am looking for somebody to help me with this to design and implement the same features as www.regtransfers.co.uk which features the DVLA Database. The DVLA Database can be found here : dvlaregistrations.direct.gov.uk
