New website

need a website made, hopefully only one or two pages,
i want someone who can produce a colourful and to instantly
give the customer a good feel factor when visiting,
as alot of people are to lazy to read stuff, i want it to be so
simple to use even a child could do it,
also must understand seo/keywords,
will be a buy online website
i have attached a pdf to give you a basic idea,

only want people to bid if they are in uk and the works done in the uk, as a couple of past jobs were taken by uk people who farmed them out to india,
