NEW T-SHIRT DESIGN. MUAY THAI classic design needed.

Hi, I am launching a new collection of T-shirts based around MMA/UFC called "NO PAIN". I want to make the collection about 25-30 designs. So i thought i would start with one first and see what a designer can produce. I have attached a picture which is the style i am looking for. Authentic MUAY THAI. The character/fighter is important is is the similar detail. I want the name "NO PAIN" in the design, maybe something like "NO PAIN - presents" like at the top of the pic. I would also like a small design for the top of the back of the t-shirt. see picture 2 attached for example.

Want design to go on a WHITE t-shirt, 2 colour (could do 3if it needs it) ideally mainly Black.

Will need the final design in AI format, PNG & JPEG. please have a look at the picture attached.
