New startup company needs full website design, email templates and logo

Firstly I would like to say:

I realise that if I make my hired designer feel, that he/she is in a satisfying, productive and lucrative business relationship we'll be able to work together successfully for years which is exactly what I'm looking for on PPH. My intentions are to hire a professional designer I can grow to trust and respect so I'll never need to hire any other developer for development services.

Now for the job:

I have started an outsourcing/crowdsourcing sourcing website (not yet live) and I require the website designed, a logo designed and website branding one.

About my website

Employers can run “design contests” in a chosen category (logo design, stationery design, web design, advertising, graphic design, T-shirt design.), choose how much they are willing to pay for a design, and how long the contest should last.

Once a contest is launched, Designers can submit their works. Email notification system, ratings, comments, and account management make contests more dynamic and fun for both Contest Holders and Designers. There is also an option to post normal jobs.

This website will be dedicated to designers of any different types, so for example graphic designers, fashion, web the list goes on. It's a website for people who need things designed and for designers who want to design things and get paid for it.

You won't just be designing a website but will take care of all the icons, buttons etc too. We will work in a team, that's my programmer, yourself and I in order to smoothen out development of the website. The most important thing to get out of the way first would be the logo then we could work our way forward from there. The name of the company will be 'Ozyne' and I still have no clear idea of how I will represent that name. This is where you the designer comes into the picture.

Project management

We will keep track of the project using teamlab.

You must me proficient in:

HTML, HTML5, XHTML
CSS, CSS3
JQUERY
ADOBE PRODUCTS
OTHER GRAPHICS SOFTWARE
TBH I don't mind what you use aslong as you deliver quality results

and you must:

- have good communication skills.
- be a fast worker to meet tight deadlines.
- be an individual doing all the work, I prefer this.
- be available during agreed working hours.
- have GTalk/Skype for instant messaging or voice communication, don't mind which one.

My maximum budget for this is £500 UK $800 USA(fee covered)

Extra terms

I'm only interested in serious designers with feedback/reviews, work they have fully completed with references for that work they can back up. It's best not to refer me to work that's not yours as that plan will most likely backfire.

Treat this like a real job in the physical world. If we are going to build a working relationship we have to value and respect each others time and keep our word. I'm the type of client who would like regular updates through out the day and enjoys answering questions to make my designers job easier. I like a developer that can keep a promise and also give me notice for when they'll be unavailable.

I would prefer to work with a UK designers as it makes many things so much easier as my programmer is also in the UK so we'll all be GMT+, but willing to consider working with designers in USA and other parts of EUROPE.

NDA will need to be signed as you'll have access to some confidential information about my company in order to see the full picture of my company.

Job needs to start ASAP as developer started on the 2nd of Jan and will need to soon start placing things into the design.
