New quote format, some attractive PDF brochures, graphics for eshot

I am looking for a gifted indicidual that could provide some assistance in making some of our "tools" more attractive. For example, we use an old quote tool and would like it to be more attractive against our cometitors with attractive pages and pictures. Ideally I would like the person to work from our office in Bank but that is not neccessary. To start with it may be just a couple of days work but going forward could lead to some more regular work.
