Hi Steve, How are things?
I am not sure if you remember me but you came up with a list of strplines for me for a company called Swagelok. I am looking to use your services again.
I need to come up with a new name and strapline The project at the moment is called 'The people project' we think there is a better name out there for it.
Programme Objective:
To create a fully functioning, customer centric, empowered organisation delivering opportunities for increased revenues, cost reductions and efficiencies, and enhanced customer experience.
People Project Objective:
To provide an overarching People focus to ensure all elements of Training, Communications and Projects readiness across the programme are being consistently approached, developed and executed. The People project will also be responsible for managing the transition to the new operating model and to develop a culture to sustain and underpin future improvement.
The main buzz words are below:
inspiring our people & building our teams
create a culture for improvement
people, proccessing,technology
journey of change
people being at the core of change
keep people up to date
inspirational not tranformation
journey
