Extra notes: I have filled out the form the best I can however I'm not sure If i want the full name and/or slogan in the logo design.

I'm open to ideas, however I'm thinking of maybe using a lower case letter 'e' and putting stuff around it (like swipes)

I'm open to upper case too.

I basically need a logo that fits a square dimension eg, 1000 x 1000px

The logo itself does not need to be square, in fact I like rounded as well.

I am more of a web developement/ coding company - that's why i can't do logos very well - but I do other kind of designs.

Need a abstract design, good use of colour

I'm hoping for something Corporate, that says 'hello' small businesses.

eg http://www.huddlebuy.co.uk/ - but more media and business for mine.

Trying to put as much as I can think of down to help you.

But like I say, open to ideas.
