New Business Logo required

I'm looking for someone to design a contemporary logo for a small business, I'd like the logo to be able to appeal to a global audience and I'd like to incorporate the colour red.

The company name is Cloud 9 Enterprises and I'd like to include a vector image design, something that would be unique to the company and form the basis of the brand, was thinking something cloud like but wouldn't necessarily want to portray grey sky or rain as the company is positive and we want to promote prosperity.

The strapline for the company is "Strategic Marketing for Optimal Results". I'd like to get the finished logo in small, medium and large sized files including transparent in photoshop format please.
