New back End Structure

I’m looking for a Web Graphic designer for our back end.

We currently have 3 x areas:

Membership, Billing and Order Management. Please see examples of the pages attached.

The aim is to merge these into one area.

Ideally we would search for a customer and find all their records in one place.

The information can be on more than one page, but the page should be linked. (For example an Excel spread sheet with more than one page)

Billing and order management should be linked as one.

Some customers do a one off payment, others do several (on a monthly payment plan) An example of this is on the first screen shot for billing. I would prefer it if the first line has the original order and billing record. Then, when you hit that order, a pop up screen or another screen appears with all the history. It needs to be easy to get back to the original page.

Currently in membership there is the facility to: (Blue or red buttons)

Follow up (And then amends to don’t follow) (so a follow up note can display on the customers record)
Re-set password
Password reminder
Unlock user
Update email (amend email address)
Disable account
Cancel account
Add note
(Super admin access only)
Upgrade to lifetime
Make admin
Make NC admin
Make helpdesk
Nuke user

Want to add:

Re-try billing (and ability to amend the amount we are about to charge)

Edit when we charge a customer and set up direct debit for monthly or annual, and fix the date
