Netbal league and indoor hall

A membership organisation has formed a Joint venture with a private company so that they are able to build an indoor netball hall on their existing netball courts. We have the demand and can get pre orders for the facility, the plan has to be robust enough to facilitate private investment.

Once we have built the netball hall this will become the head quaters for the league that we would like to take national, we would ten like to take the leagu national
and build satellite netball facilities.

We require a business and marketing plan.

We would like to start on the plan ASAP and complete within 4 months. We can can arrange market research under instruction adn any other support for the compilation of information.
