Needed a nice render of a small building details on a map

Design details: Ok, so I have a google map (satellite view) of a village on top of this 2D map I need to create an interesting 3D rendering of the area (Please see the visual, I have done this in 3d max but need something a bit more sophisticated and better rendering, I have the 3d file) so its really a bit of modelling and rendering, so please let me know how much this would cost and would like to see samples of your work.
I would like you to do something interesting with the underlying google map so its not as boring, as you can see the 3d max exists, not sure if you want it or you are more comfortable making your file.
The last image shows a render I found online and its something similar to what I am after (3d on top of the 2d map) but perhaps not as white... anyway hope it all makes sense
