Need Web Developer Tech Help & More - ex.(hosting setup, some coding, ssl, ecom)

Hello, we are a small company that needs help with various website issues from hosting setup, ssl install, coding work, ecommerce changes, etc).

I am looking for someone that can assist with general tech issues like this beyond this one project. Someone that is reliable, fair and that I can have a conversation with when working on various things so I can understand it. Communication will be important to us and we can compensate for communication time when it goes over and above the specified job. I am looking for someone that is local because I would like to be able to speak with them.

Below are the individual issues (numbered 1-4) that we need help with right now. We have the following setups.
- ecom cart built in php
- authorize.net merch account
- hostgator vps hosting account
- ssl through comodo

1. We would like our current shopping cart inspected for errors or possible issues in allowing smooth transaction. We also would like it tested in different browsers and transactions etc. We have customers telling us they can't checkout quite often.

2. We had a landing page created and is part of the main site (in #1 that has the ecommerce cart). The landing page also shares the same cart but has a different design. We need this checkout process tested as well. There are a few errors in the process like broken links and things.

3. We have a simple coupon code system in our cart but it only allows us to do whole dollar amounts. We need it to be modified so it can do any amount.

4. The last developer that set up our ssl we cannot get ahold of. So we need you to look it over and make sure everything is installed correctly. Then we need help finishing the setup of our VPS at hostgator, emails, domains, etc.
