Need to create a iPhone app using phonegap

Hi,

I want to develop an app that will allow people to order products from local butchers based on where they are based. The app will take their location and then show the nearest butchers. Then you can see their product list and purchase what you would like and have it delivered next day,

It would need to create a login for the user, let them see their previous orders and take payment.

Butchers would need a log in too, and add their products, see all their orders and all their customer details.
