Need someone who is competent in jQuery/HTLM5/CSS3 to make some changes to a website

I need someone to made some changes to a site that has been built in jQuery/HTML5 and CSS3.

The changes include background colour changes, a new tab for a parent page at the top, some styling, editing of sub-headings, adding some text to the site and a some new linking put in place.

I can't show the site as it is yet to go live. The style has already been put in place so you just need to replicate what is there.

I need someone who is highly competent in HTML/CSS and jQuery and can get everything done today. The deadline is really important.
