Need Someone to finish a PSD to Responsive WP conversion - Wordpress and CSS expert

Description of requirements/features: I have a site that is almost ready to launch. I did the PSD to responsive Wordpress myself. I am out of time on the project as another project has begun and I need someone very competent and confident with Wordpress and Responsive CSS to help finish up the responsive CSS to make the site look good on tablets and mobile devices.
Specific technologies required: Wordpress, CSS
Extra notes: I marked this as ongoing because I have another one in the exact same state, based on the exact same code - it is the parent company. So upon completion of one site, the sister site is up next for the same type of changes. I have attached the home page mockup jpg. Both sites are layed out the same and most of the coding is done.
