Need someone to design a Webpage no coding required

We require someone to design an ebay template for us. This is just 1 webpage which we would need designed We do not require it coded we just would like the layout created and someone competent in design to make the page look as impressive as possible. We have a logo and theme which we will provide, we have an idea of all the elements that we require and would provide the bulk of the images and text.

There will be ongoing work for the winning bidder if we're happy with the final product
