Need some updates on Joomla website?

These are the changes
1. home page:
Include video on the home page right side ( I will provide it)
2. Create a box (graphic design)for ‘Join our newsletter’ ,include in each page on the right side, and link to email registration.
3. Create a box for ‘ Gift voucher’ ( graphic design), include bellow the ‘join our newsletter’ page, and link to the gift voucher page .
4. Create a ‘Loyalty Scheme’ box, include bellow the ‘gift voucher’, and link to the ‘prices’ page where the ‘loyalty scheme’ details are.
5. Create gift voucher page, create voucher if possible (if not I can provide this).
6. Set up an automatic response to emails registered.
7. Make the web site smart phone friendly.
8. Move tab ‘ Recruitment’ and ‘Location’ to the same line as the other ones
9. set up email registration for Gallery
10. Masseurs page: after we open each individual profile, need to move the ‘back to masseur page’ to the right side
12. Gallery page: after we open the gallery of a masseur need to include 'back to Gallery' option in each masseur gallery
11. Include google map in ‘Location’ page
12. Include 2 new sub pages in the 'services' page
13. Include 1 new page
