Need some design work for my OpenCart website

I need some work done on an OpenCart website I am working on.

It is located at

www.epicusinternetmarketing.com/boat

On the bottom of the page, after the home page text I want a featured category section or module.

I have included attachments to demonstrate what I like. In the first attachment I like the way the categories look for tablets, notebooks and photography.

In the second one I like the way it look for the 40% off.

Our company sells 4 categories: primer bulbs, fuel connections, fuel fittings, and quick connectors.

So we would need four featured categories.

You might need to get some images off of our old website, just google larand products.

I also would prefer to hire someone who can help me to get the home page to look awesome. I have only update products, I haven't worked on it yet but if you are really good with opencart and can make it look awesome let me know what you recommend and I will pay you for it.

I am not going to pay 100 for someone to install a featured products module. I could do that myself. I want something much more than that to make the homepage look amazing!
