Need small spy program for Samsung SGH B520

I need a small program for Samsung SGH B520 (http://www.cellphonespecs.net/Samsung-Cell-Phones/Samsung_SGH-B520/full-specifications.html)
I think it can be written in MIDP 2.0. Program should have following spy features :-

- We can set / change a "master's mobile number" by sending SMS command to Samsung SGH B520, where the program is installed (Slave Phone)
- Slave Phone will send a copy of all incoming and outgoing SMS copy to Master Phone
-- Slave Phone will send a SMS to Master when there is any incoming and outgoing Voice call. SMS will have the phone number of CALLED / RECEIVED party.
- Slave will always accept and /or conference all calls received from Master number
- Slave will also send SMS to master when there is SIM change / phone restart, program should be auto start when phone restart.
Note : all above must be executed without any log and without any screen / audio action
