Need quick facebook, twitter fans/followers

I have several clients that are launching their social sites but we want a good number of GENUINE - not dummy accounts - of users to start with.

I don't need monthly social management - I have this. I just want some genuine users sent to accounts who will be active.

Please DO NOT send me proposals for managing marketing, social or content. I'm interested in gaining quick fans/followers. You must be able to start immediately and have quick turn-around.

Please clearly provide answers to all of the following to be considered:

1. specific number of genuine fans/followers can deliver
2. what method use or how you obtain these
3. delivery time frame
4. cost
