I have a PSD file that needs to be converted into html CSS with bootstrap and you can view a jpeg of the PSD file here - http://genesisrenewal.com/psdconversion.jpg
As you can see it is very image intensive, with a main background image as well as 4 images behind the quicklinks tabs on the right. Plus there is an image within the body text that the text wraps around.
Can this be turned into a responsive website? Let me know any and all information as well as what you will need from me to get this accomplished. I can send the PSD image tomorrow to you (16th of December) and need it done within 24 hours.
