Experience Level: Intermediate
I was employed as a freelancer by the MD of a company when the company was in administration. I was unaware of the companies status, my first invoice was paid personally by the MD, my second is outstanding and does not look like being paid. I just need to know what action I should takle and whether the debt should be regarded as due by the company or the MD personally.
