Need Interior Designer For 2 x Rooms

Design details: This is an easy job for a good interior designer who knows what they are doing.

We have a rental property and need to get a 'design concept' done to furnish it.

We are flexible on the budget stated and respect quality work and will pay for it if you are good and can show it to me.

I can supply a photo of each of the x2 rooms with the existing furniture and the budget we have. I would need an 'online shopping list' to purchase the items that you suggest to make these rooms 'amazing'.

We would need a 'modern,chic, blingy' style, think 5* modern hotel, soft melty furnishing.

Hope this is clear as this is not a thing that I am good at (hence why i need your help)
