Need help with simple PHP operations for Apostrophe in Symphony

We are making changes to a website using Symphony on a Plesk Server. There are some things that I am struggling to understand like how to find the command line and access the server. I have the commands I need to you but would like to ask some questions and have you take me through the work.

This should all be completed within an hour. If we could build a relationship then I may need to use you in the future.
