I am reivewing the company JD Sports plce and need to present a brief overview of the organisation, its business environment and its market environment (using a suitably presented STEEPLE and Porter analysis)

Produce a statistical overview of the organisation’s performance for the last 3 years compared to performance of its industry or sector and explain what forecasting techniques would best help the organisation project sales/activity into the future

All secondary data used must be source referenced and graphical/chart presentation must be clear and accurate.
