Need Designer / Developer , urgent

Hi.

We have an auction site like ebay but much simpler, but we need to add the original functions that we want and a new Admin, also a design change(the design that we have examples on and how we want it to look like is very simple)

Site was recently done with MVC and CakePHP.

I will provide every single detail , documents on how everything works (should work) to the best bidder.And please go thru them all before you start anything, and discuss with me if there is anything you want to point out.

Right now the site is not the way we want it to be, and we need someone urgently to step in and do a excellent job.

I will provide also mocks/examples on how we want the design to look like, but please don't take the mocks and implement them. I made them so you can get a picture of how we want it they are made in paint,.(but the design should be and look exactly like that)

We need this done within 30days or as fast as possible , very urgently, the site was due to launch in December but due to some messy coders and designers, here we are again.

Please if you do not know how EBAY works or the concept of ebay then DON'T BID please, we do not have time to waste anymore.

communication is the KEY , so please you must be available, no skype etc i prefer PPH msg. I will be available 24/7
