Need Customised Eccommerce Site built with Assessment Engine & Community

Hi,

I need somebody to take my PSD mockups of the pages and turn into a full responsive design and build all the functionality of my site. The site will have over 30 pages and require multiple levels of login with a management system.

It will be a customised ecommerce store and it will need a ‘assessment engine’ on top that allows people to take a quiz that then recommends them the products that would suit their needs.
Other things required will be a payment gateway (it will need to distribute payment across a number of suppliers).

There will need to be admin access where we can access all users, care receivers, products etc.

It also needs a messaging service so that users can message each other – basically a very basic dating-website-style system where you can search for people based on a number of filters and send them a message on the website. So each person will need an inbox, sent box and favourites.

There will also be a blog that people can visit and a Q&A section where people’s questions are publicly published and then logged in users and answer the questions.

The site must be fully responsive; you will be provided with full page PSD design and mobile design. Everything has been built with responsiveness in mind so should scale to tablets and small screens nicely.

In the first instance, I would like to know who is interested and what you would like me to provide in order for you to provide an accurate quote. And also what language you think is best to build this in and why!

Ideally if the site is created in neat html, css and javascript, I would like to use phonegap to deploy it as an app too.
