Need CSS creating for basic backend website

I am about to begin a project and do not have available resource to produce a CSS file for a custom written backend web system.

I am looking for someone to create a CSS from scratch that will cover elements on the page for namely colour, style etc. I am not after any HTML, I can take care of that, I just need a CSS for a basic back end, so it can be coloured to my clients requirements.

Areas that need to be covered:

• Table for Articles, News Items
• Table for Search Results (head, and result entries)
• Table for Forms
• Form elements (List boxes, text, etc)
• Plus any standard elements like body, H1 etc

I will provide to some mock up shots of the site so you get an idea of what I need. I’m an advocate of trying to give us much detail on this proposals, but really need someone with experience is producing a CSS to do this for me and think of areas I have missed.

I will review proposals on Monday morning, and award the same day. I really need this wrapping up by within 2-3 days.
