Need complete JS database tutoring system

I am starting a tutoring service that will have 20 kids in a class all working at different levels. I need a system to produce the next appropriate worksheet, allow for entering the correct answers achieved, and producing the next sheet in the sequence. Should also be able to skip ahead if desired by the teacher.

I have 2 different curriculums which need to be accessible, they are PDF's. Each curriculum is more than 1,000 pages.

I had a chat with someone I had used before on PPH, but it doesn't look like they can do this. Attached is the chat log. I want a program that is platform independent. Is able to link several pieces of info together such as : Games associated with a lesson, Awards associated with achievement, Alternate source material if first materials do not click with student, associated manipulatives.
