Need an infographic designed

I need an Ice Hockey infographic design spread over 2 images. The dimensions for both images are: -

Orientation: Portrait
Height: 3072 pixels
Width: 2048 pixels

Can you represent the data in the Excel spreadsheet (attached) and can you make it in the style, or so that it fits in with the rest of the magazine (sample articles attached so that you can get the feel for how it looks)

At the beginning of the infographic can you include the following text: -
