Need an aminated sequence, (30 seconds) for corporate eLearning (video/.mp4 format)

Hi,
I am project managing a corporate eLearning project for a high profile customer.
For each of the 8 x modules, I want to take their existing graphics, and create a 3-second animated 3-D sequence.
The screen will "fly into" the inside of the product, then fly around revealing names of 8 x course module titles, before flying back out again. The same sequence will be used on each module.
Need a few other (existing corporate) images incorporated in the background, and would like some "corporate-high-impact" music pllaying behind. You MUST be licensed to use and create with this music - although I can provide if required.
Sequence starts and ends outside the product, with the HR "Slogan".
All Style Guide and other details will be provided upon approval.
I need this delivered in short timeframe, and I am trying to manage my costs, HOWEVER...quality needs to be high because of client, and I am willing to take this into consideration.
Please only bid if you have done this sort of work before - I would like to see examples of similar if possible please. The output needs to be a video or .mp4, as the course will be played on iPads as well as PCs.
