Need a wordpress template and implementation

I am looking for skilled wordpress template makers. You will be required to generate a single template and modify it by changing colour scheme in to two templates. I then need this template applied to 12 wordpress installations (6 each). Priority will be given to people with prior work experience and particularly those that can show me samples of their previous wordpress work. Active sites are a bonus, references are an additional bonus. I am particular about time and I am short-pressed for it, please keep that in mind while applying.
